Achieving a perfect finish requires the right technique. Follow these step-by-step instructions for our three core product lines to ensure lasting strength and durability.
- Joint Preparation: Ensure tile joints are clean and free of grease or residue using high-pressure water or a brush.
- Mixing Ratio: Gradually add 3 parts of ATG-630 powder to 1 part clean water.
- Consistency: Mix until you achieve a smooth, workable paste and let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
- Filling: Apply the paste diagonally across the tile surfaces using a rubber grouting trowel, ensuring joints (1–6 mm) are completely filled.
- Cleanup: Wait 45–60 minutes for the grout to dry, then wipe away excess material with a wet sponge.
- Final Set: Allow the grout to set completely for approximately 24 hours.
